What is Nyay Force
We seek accountability for institutional silence.
Institutional silence is constitutional failure.
Nyay Force is a legal-action platform that mobilizes advocates to defend individuals and communities facing arbitrary arrests, abuse of police power, electoral irregularities, administrative harassment, and the suppression of dissent.
In a time when constitutional values and the ideals of the freedom movement are under strain, we believe the path forward is to protect the Constitution and reclaim the Republic building a strong, decentralized team of legal professionals defending the Idea of India.

Why Nyay Force
When power fails the citizen, the law must stand with them.
Democracy survives only when law stands stronger than power. We want institutions that stand against injustice strong enough that those within them never fear state power, and can never be made to misuse it.
